Attached is a link to the current Snapshot for the Wenatchee Valley Real estate market in October compared to October last year. This is as always curtesy of Pacific Appraisal and Associates. The prices are down by 19% and the units sold are up by 11%. Median home price is down to $224,676. The median, for those who have forgotten from statistics class, is the middle of the range. The same amount of volume below and the same amount above this price . I generally use the Wenatchee Market Totals to view what is going on in my market.
